At Shop Nest Global Pvt Ltd, we are committed to delivering high-quality, export-grade Indian products to our global clients. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and we take every measure to ensure that your orders arrive as expected — safely, accurately, and in excellent condition.

However, due to the nature of international trade, returns are handled under specific conditions as outlined below.

🔄 General Return Policy

As a B2B exporter dealing in Indian spices, tea, handicrafts, kids ware, and other perishable or custom-made items, we follow a strict no-return policy unless the goods are:

  • Damaged in transit (with proper documentation)
  • Incorrectly shipped (wrong product or quantity)
  • Defective or not meeting agreed specifications

All return requests must meet the criteria below and follow the process described.

📌 Return & Replacement Conditions

A return or replacement will only be considered if:

  • A formal complaint is raised within 7 calendar days of receiving the goods.
  • The product(s) are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging (where applicable).
  • Clear photographic or video evidence is provided showing the damage, defect, or discrepancy.
  • The issue is verified and acknowledged by our quality assurance team.

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s change of mind or ordering error
  • Slight color variations in handicrafts (as items are handmade)
  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
  • Delay in customs clearance at buyer’s end (unless insured under CIF terms)

🔄 Replacement Process

If your claim is approved, we will offer one of the following options:

  • Free Replacement of the affected goods in the next shipment
  • Credit Note for the value of the defective items
  • Partial Refund to your account (in special cases)

Our aim is to resolve the issue with minimum inconvenience and maximum fairness.

🚚 Damaged in Transit (CIF Orders Only)

If your order is shipped under CIF terms (Cost, Insurance, Freight), and arrives damaged:

  • Report the damage immediately upon receipt.
  • Obtain a delivery note or damage acknowledgment from the logistics provider.
  • Send all documentation (bill of lading, photos, damage report) to us within 72 hours.

We will coordinate with the insurance provider to resolve the claim and ensure you’re compensated accordingly.

We reserve the right to reject any return, refund, or replacement request that:

  • Does not comply with the terms outlined above
  • Lacks sufficient documentation or evidence
  • Is made after the specified time window

Our liability is limited to the value of the goods sold and does not extend to indirect or consequential losses.
