All products are offered subject to availability and specifications as mentioned at the time of quotation.
- Order Process
- Orders can be placed via email, website inquiry forms, or direct business communication.
- All orders are confirmed only upon issuance of a Proforma Invoice (PI) and receipt of the agreed advance payment.
- Once confirmed, no cancellations will be accepted without prior written approval and applicable charges.
- Pricing & Payment Terms
- All prices quoted are Ex-Factory or FOB/CIF, depending on agreement.
- Prices are subject to change based on market conditions, raw material costs, and currency exchange rates.
- Accepted payment methods include Bank Transfer (SWIFT), LC (Letter of Credit), or other mutually agreed methods.
- Full payment or agreed advance must be received before shipment dispatch.
- Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping terms (FOB, CIF, etc.) will be clearly mentioned in the invoice.
- Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order confirmation. Actual delivery may vary based on customs clearance, logistics, or force majeure events.
- Risk transfers to the buyer as per Incoterms agreed upon (typically FOB or CIF).
- Quality Assurance & Inspection
- All products undergo internal quality checks prior to packaging and dispatch.
- Third-party inspection (if required) must be requested in advance and will be at the buyer’s expense.
- Product specifications (size, weight, packaging, shelf life, etc.) will be as mutually agreed in writing.
- Return, Replacement & Refund Policy
Due to the nature of international trade, returns are generally not accepted. However:
- In case of defective, damaged, or incorrect goods, claims must be raised within 7 days of receipt.
- Valid claims will be resolved via replacement, credit note, or partial refund, depending on the situation.
- Evidence (photos, videos, third-party inspection report) may be required to process the claim.
- Shop Nest Global Pvt Ltd is not responsible for damage during transit unless insured by us under CIF terms.
- Intellectual Property
